We are truly excited to meet, greet, and welcome new members into the Trojan family.  The criteria for registering at Evans High School is as follows:
  1. The parent/guardian and the student registering must reside in the Evans High School district or receive an approved Transfer from the Orange County Public School's Office of Pupil Assignment.  Click here for more information.
  2. The student must have been promoted to the ninth (9th) or higher grade level to matriculate in high school.
  3. The registration packet  must be completed and signed by the registering parents/guardians..
  4. As soon as you have the required documents and completed the 2018-2019 Registration Packet, you may come in to see our School Registrar in the Guidance Department.  To schedule an appointment, please call (407) 522-3400 or email Ms. Pamela Barnes (pamela.barnes@ocps.net)
  5. The student must be present at registration to complete a COURSE REQUEST FORM.
  6. The first day of school for the 2018-2019 School Year will be August 13, 2018 .
Each year OCPS requires our school to obtain updated information for every student. 
•       If you are updating your address please bring Proof of Address to the Guidance/Student Services Office. A lease/rental agreement or warranty deed, homestead exemption card or settlement statement with a supporting utility bill, post office change of address confirmation and current Florida State driver’s license will be accepted to officially change an address.  If you do not have a lease/rental agreement and you live with someone you will need to receive a Verification of Residence from OCPS Student Enrollment office located at 
6501 Magic Way, Building 100B, Orlando, FL  32809.  Please make an appointment before going to this office to avoid a long wait time. Click here for appointments. 
•       Contact information such as contact persons, phone numbers, and email addresses can be updated by the custodial parent of a student in the 
Student Services Office.
